3rd day with fatsecret - thrilled I found it. I entered all my food and exercise and it made a difference - I really thought about having to record my food before eating or drinking. I even weighed bread and cheese at lunch to find the calories before I made the sandwich. I am at limit for calories now, so I will not eat anything else today. Feels like I am in control for the first time in while.
