Got lots of activity this weekend as I worked as a CNA however I ate horribly working that hard makes me crave things I shouldn't eat. Oh well I usually am bad on the weekend hopefully I didn't do to much damage and I'll get "back on the horse" tomorrow although I'm off on Mondays so I pray I'll have the willpower to stay on track I'll have to go grocery shopping but I'm just gonna use the last two week's menus so I won't have to do to much planning.

I'm gonna try to exercise tomorrow but I usually don't after working as a CNA because of my Fibromayalia and my muscles needing a chance to rest and in a way heal from the over activity.

I have to find a way not to give into temptation on the weekend.

Tomorrow I'm gonna get some Slim Fast stuff and start using it for a while to see if it kick starts my weight loss efforts.

Last month I tried a new weight loss product called Slim Shots I have mixed feelings about it although I did feel a little full I still got major cravings and the full feeling wasn't enough to keep me from wanting to overeat or to warrant spending $25.00 for.

I will find out what works somehow I know it's diet and exercise but I just need a little help if I can get it.
