What a weekend I had! I'm not even about to journal what I think I ate lol. It is unfortunate because I feel really bad that I can't remember. My family had their annual fish fry. I tried to eat as many fruits and veggies that I could to offset what the salty fish and shrimp were going to do to me lol. This morning I am FULL of salt. According to the scale, I gained...10lbs? My clothes actually fit better and my pants are really falling off so I'm thinking I'm just full of salt. Salt is the devil lol.
