I wish I would walk and bend my leg like normal. I am trying to watch what I eat. I know I keep saying it, I just need to do it. I need to chart my food intake. I do good in the morning, but when it gets midday and later I have a hard time inputting it.

One day at a time - recovery will come soon enough. Try to focus on your food journaling - put a pad of paper next to the frig and write down everything you take out of the kitchen. I know you can do it!! Keep positive happy thoughts for your speedy recovery!! :-)
