Since I stopped obsessing over losing weight I've actually made more progress. I try to restrict myself in terms of calories but not with what I eat. Doing ems also really helped tone my body up but I will need to include additional exercise as I lose body fat. I first had to become mentally healthy before I could really focus on all this.
