Lotus's Journal, 16 May 08

OI, it is only 1 o clock and I have eaten most of my calories already, and no veggies yet! In order to stick with the calories that I wanted to today, that means no more snacks, and only about 100 calories for dinner! I hope I can make it...:(
The scale said 120 today..I still am not recording, but it is going down. After my huge binge it was 122.6! I am trying my best to jump back to where I was so I can start making progress again..unfortunately I gave into cravings early today. I just gotta exercise, and keep busy and distract myself, and have a small salad for dinner. Tommorrow will hopefully be easier.
I hope the scale goes down more tommorow.
One bad diet day can sometimes ruin a whole week of good days. :( Mentally, anyways..

It can also help too, stimulate your metabolism into over drive- thats what i beleive anyways. Keep it up! Youll get there! ... and dont be so hard on yourself!

Going a little over in calories, yes, but 3500 calories over maintanance? Not good..

You might have to have a high cal day today! Better to eat a little more, but stay in control, rather than let yourself get ravenous and risk a binge. You can do this - just don't be too hard on yourself! Good luck!! :)

LOL, don't tempt me..no, I won't be binging any more for a long time to come, hopefully never, but that's what I thought last time.. I can make it.
