Ok... so I am wondering if cheese is another food problem. Maybe the block type cheeses?? Seem to be binding and hence lead to weight staying on (?!?) my personal theory. That was my trouble, besides not digesting eggs, when I tried Keto last summer.
Also being 47YO?
I would like to try high proteins, mild fat and least amount of carbs as possible. Leave the carbs for crave days or breaking a plateau day...
seems most good proteins that I like, salmon, are high fat 😋 beef, I live it, but same issue as block cheeses.
Let’s see how the day goes.
