Another busy day. Worked half day then had some shopping to do(non-food!) then the dentist which was bearable. Stepped on scales this morning and 1 lb down from Mon so thats good, hopefully will be a bit lower by Sun weigh in. Foodwise been ok. Mother in law insisted on making me luch when i picked up my youngest but it was a white bread sub roll(i always have wholemeal) with a ready made tuna sweetcorn & mayo filling and im pretty sure it wasnt lowfat mayo. Still the thought was there. So for tea had some roasted veg on homemade wholegrain bread. Probably too much bread all in all but hopefully it will balance out. Have small walk planned for tomorrow which im looking forward to. Gives us ladies plenty of time for Mummy gossiping!
Anyway im off to bed with a cup of tea & a trashy novel, you cannae beat it!!
