Feeling amazing getting through my first week and with a 4.6 loss. Went from drinking 2 bottles of wine every night and eating like an asshole after a toxic breakup to this and back to training 2 hours a day #feelingstrong

duchess154 if it's a Von Senden we are related. My grandfather migrated here from Germany. We are spread out everywhere.
