When I started this journey, I was fitting snuggly in a 6x shirt and pants, I had to by a new winter coat which was a 7x, just because zippers and snaps would pop in smaller coats.
Yesterday I fit wonderfully in a 2x polo shirt, I don't remember a 2x I fit in as an adult. This is amazing!
My only issue to date is exercise, I can't seem to get in a solid program. Even walking, I can't get into a solid rhythm for walking.
Any ideas are welcome.
I'm more of a morning person, but maybe I have to try walking after work.

Good Job. I have found in the past that the morning is easier for exercise. It will come eventually.
