[color=green]Played golf last night... rode a cart... a few beers... not good, but weight held steady. Playing golf again today if it doesn't rain. Again, will be in a cart instead of walking, which I prefer. Will try to offset the riding with eating better today.[color=green]
68.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
