SO I had said I would start today, but then I decided to make it tomorrow. Mondays are good days for fresh starts, and it leaves me today as well to get rid of the crappy food in my house.
John & I consulted as to how many points I should start with per day... and came up with 50. I guess I'll start lowering that as I get used to eating healthier, and as I start plateauing with weight loss... ya know, a while after the losing actually commences. lol
Stocked up on veggies and spices yesterday, and I'm going to start to make my own (fresh-like) sauce for spaghetti.
I think that's it.
