Biggest loser was on last night. I love watching it for inspiration. Although they were all losing b/t 10 and 30 lbs in the first week. But I guess we would too if we worked out for 5 hours or more everyday for a week. But it still amazing to see the transformations. One lady reminded me so much of myself. She was a stay at home mom who before she got married was so thin and beautiful(not that I am saying I am beautiful..haha) probably a size 8 and then after two kids and 6 years of marriage she was around 220. She said how she was so embarrassed to go to work functions with her hubby b/c he has wedding pics.ect..of her on his desk at work when she was so thin, and now she is what she is. I feel the same way. My husband has pics of me all over his desk from when i was skinny, mostly b/c I won't let him put up any fat pics. But when i meet people he works with I am sure they are thinking...ummm...dude...that's not your wife. But, that's alright. I am slowly getting back to my old self. The other day I was at Kroger and a high school friend's dad works there, I see him everytime I go in and he never speaks, he doesn't recognize me with the extra pounds....then the other day he speaks...saying how good it is to see me and how long its been. he finally recognizes me now that I have lost 25 lbs. it was kind of cool knowing I am looking more like myself. Well, I have rambled long enough. Have a good day everyone.

Back to your "old" self. That's a great sign that your diet and exercise are working. Keep it up!
