Another game changer in the making? Just saw a post over on the Atkins website. The original poster said she logs her foods in FatSecret but logs all her vegetables in the snack area of her food diary so that her net carbs for foundation veggies are separated out that way. (She didn't say if she logs her snacks as parts of her meals but I'm guessing that would be the only way to make this work as simply as it does.)
I will start doing this tomorrow. Absolutely brilliant idea. The only hitch I foresee is when using a cookbook recipe the vegetables are all part of the whole.

That IS a really good idea! But, yeah, the veg count in recipes would be tricky. I don't make a lot of big recipe meals at the moment, so I may try doing this :)
