Started ATD (Alternate Day Fasting) on May 1st. Did some research on it and it seems to be a doable program for the longer term than eating smaller meals and watching portions. Plus I get the added benefits of fasting on a regular basis. I can fast or have one very small meal on one day with the anticipation of eating pretty much whatever on day 2. I have seen so many success stories on the web and you tube it’s very encouraging.
