Missed my morning weigh in today - will shoot for tomorrow. Headed out to volunteer in the church office today. Hopeful I can fit in a Curves Workout later this afternoon. But I have just completed two days in a row, and I do realize you are supposed to rest your muscles, etc... but I still want to make as much progress, as quickly as possible... so what's a girl to do?
Everything else is going smoothly. Last few days w/ the youngest son home on Christmas Break - He goes back on Monday Morning. Will be having all the family over during the weekend - and we will be grilling! I love winter grilling!!! Tastes soooo good after not having done it for a few months.
I'm so thankful for a family that is supportive. They have their moments...as any family does... but in general, they make me feel like a rock star!!! when I lose just a pound!
Still on the 'job' hunt...keep sending out resumes, and making follow up calls.. nothing. Oh well, more time to spend on me :) Maybe God knows I need that right now. I am confident when the right thing for me comes along... I will find it.
Hope you all have a great day! Much Love.

Nothing wrong with an eager start...just make sure it is sustainable so you don't burn out. Good luck with the job search, I also agree when it is right it will happen :)

Hey Jsfantome... You DO need rest days.... You Don't want to risk pulling something, that will 'put you out of action'. that will REALLY put you back. Make sure you 'rotate' your routines.... That way you can exercise regularly... Eg arms one day, then legs, then cardio ..... It's difficult I know... You almost feel, that if you miss a day, you may loose your enthusiasm.... But choose something 'gentler' for your 'rest' days eg some swimming. :-)

thanks everyone! didn't end up at Curves today...too much to do, but will go tomorrow morning...then off again on Sunday (they're closed). I am going to try to do 3x's/wk - plus Sat AM's. (might be M, Tu & Th or M, W, F,... but 3, then Sat... for 4x's/week.) Had a great day. Made the family one of the youngest son's fav's... sheperd's pie. NOT I!!! I had pork chops and cauliflower mash! YUM!
