A fabulous start to the first week of the year! Down 4.2 lbs from last Friday's weigh-in.
With the exception of Tuesday (when I ate cheese pizza), I've cut out all dairy and meat from my diet. I also bought a smoothie maker and a Ninja blender and have been drinking Green Drinks every morning.
I don't think I'll be able to keep the vegan thing going forever, but it's been a great way to detox and jump start the new year!
