Agggg I am just not feeling this today, ok partialy I am really feeling down, lazy , etc...and then theres the noise in my head that says "Get up and do this" I didnt come this far to fall now did I? No of course not!!! What in the world? I guess an off day is expected periodically, I just dont have many of them so they kind of rock me a little bit. Glad I journaled this, writing it down makes me accountable to myself . Now I am going to go excercise and take care of me ...Have a great day you can if you want to~And so can I:)
