Down .4 this week. Not incredible. But not horrible. I am happy that I'm down at all! I felt bloated when I weighed-in, and usually I would skip it when feeling that way, but I did so well last week that I knew I would be down regardless. And I was. Hopefully the relatively small loss is a result of water weight or new muscle. Who knows?
It's just a number, and I look and feel great!
I even wore a bikini in public over the holiday weekend. No, I'm not perfect, but as I looked around the pool, I saw that no one was perfect, and no one was looking at me, or pointing and laughing. :-)
I was just another overweight woman in a bikini. Who cares?! Compared to last summer, I look fantastic. I'm almost forty pounds lighter. It feels great.
My plan for this week? Keep it up.

I am so sorry if my words have offended you. I understand where you are coming from. Giving it a second thought, I realized I may not have a food addiction, I just ate a lot (of healthy foods) for many crazy reasons. After I found that out about myself, I guess I generalized the issue, I simply forgot that people are different and I honestly forgot conditions like bulimia, anorexia etc. I was excluding these cases and focusing on my own perception of things. Please accept my appologies, I should have been more careful!
