it seems that 170ish is where my body wants to stay without killing myself daily. I would like to stay at 160-165 so I need to be a bit more careful and stay working out again.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 30.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
