So far so good today I exercised I'm within my pts allow I even have 2 pts left in case I want a snack later. I'm even low on my fat intake only 17 grms!

Hopefully the scale will reflect my efforts tomorrow!

Whoops I'm over 1200 cals by 96 calories oh well I ate pretty healthy stuff so no big deal I'm more focused on my pts for WW
