So after three days of an all out carb fest, I've gained eight pounds. Granted, some of that might be water weight, but it's still rather depressing and just a reminder of what those nasty carbs do to my body when I just eat and eat and eat them. Today is a brand new start and I'm NOT going to let myself undermine my efforts. Today, the TV will permanantly be on fitTv, because nothing inspires me more than having to see other people work out (other, very fit people). That, and iTunes will be playing in the kitchen to inspire random bouts of dancing.
Good news: My husband comes home in about 24 more days.

Carbs and I became friends again this weekend too. I was bad and indulged in pasta and breads... My 2 lb weight gain is proof of me being naughty! 8lbs HAS to be water, No worries, back on track this week!

I find that carbs cause depression in me, so I'm going to have to stay away from them, cause I'm darned if I want antidepressants! Plus I get really cranky. They also can cause severe body swelling, oh that's fat? No, its allergy, I'm sure of it.

Haha, makes sense now. Unfortunately, not for almost two weeks! Blah, I just drank a lot of alcohol, and ate all sorts of bad carbs.
