I am making a commitment to myself for many reasons. I don't do New Years resolutions so this is my way of getting back to my healthy ways. I am going to be frank and honest here , well because I need to in order to become healthier.
Last year I was at a ideal weight for my age but I developed some gastrointestinal problems that landed me in the hospital and back on medication. I changed my eating habits drastically and have to be have a low fat diet. I did really well until I took a new position at work
It was all down hill from here, I have a hectic work schedule and I don't eat right at all. I watch my fat content but not as close as I should. I snack on the run instead of a whole meal of beloved fruits and vegetables.
So there it is I have gained more weight than I have in 7 years and I have severe joint pain as well as back pain. This is a big no no for me and brings me to my point why I am in the group....
