Whoop!! I’m literally doing a happy dance. I have my iFit app and treadmill. I forgot I had set my goal to 199# on that app. Until today when I updated my weight and it said you have reached your goal. Wow! What a great feeling that was to see. Time to reset that goal. So slamming work today. Helping my SIL with her grand opening. Maintenance night at Fire Dept tonight. I’d say today will be busy 💕💕. Be kind to yourselves Fat Secret Warriors.
