Well so far so good today I ate a healthy breakfast I walked my 2 miles! I can do this I need to do this I will do this. More later

Yes a good day I did my excercise,I'm within points values!

I'm still high on my fat content according to the tally at the bottom right compared to weight watchers we will see if it makes a differnce I'v heard different things over the years regarding how much fat your supposed to limit yourself to. I'll have to look it up in my WW books but I think a lowfat diet's limit is 20,

Late entry addition well I almost made it but I got hungry so I'm two points over guesus I'll have to use my weekly pts allowance again that makes a total of 8 so far and it's only tue!

Focusing on what you are eating is a very important step and has helped me a lot. Unfortuantely, I live so far away from a grocery store, keeping fresh stuff around(vegetables and fruit) is hard. I am looking forward to the summer with my vegetable garden. My radishes, peas, lettuce, spinach and carrots are already popping up. I have found I do a lot less snacking since I have to post it. It makes a difference. It has been slow coming off but I am confident we can get there.
