MAY 5~My Birthday. My 40th! Did not follow a restricted diet today, but didnt plan to, so thats OK! The plan remains to start on May 12. Monday. I am using these next days to mentally prepare myself. It is something I must do. I also need the time to stock my kitchen with "approved" foods. I havent decided which diet I will be following. Leaning toward slim fast and reduced fat suppers. If anyone has some ideas of diets that are working for them-please let me know. I am not a big meat eater, so diets that include a lot of meat will not work for me.
