Well thought I was doing pretty good today but I went over by 6 pts I guesus I'll take it off my weekly points allow. Didn't want to touch those points so early in the week though oh well I guesus that's why their there.

Today is my recovery day from working as a CNA all weekend it's hard on my Fibromaylia. I did expend engery walking while doing my grocery shopping.

Late entry: Ok time to stop making excuses having just one more baked chip one more spoonful,chocolate minatures when I should be having my fat-free pudding. The 35 weekly point allowance only goes so far and I've already used 6 points and it's only MONDAY!

I can do this I need to do this I will do this!
