2012 in Review
-made the decision to become healthier, and making it a lifestyle change…I eat what I want…the trick has been changing what I want…not everything I eat is uberhealthy but it is a conscious choice. -After 30 years, I gave up smoking in February. (Hubby quit too <3 ) -I have strengthened my spiritual relationship with God when I so easily could have gone astray. -I have stopped eating at fast food restaurants (as well as the whole family) -I have started making more healthy choices for dinners for family. Yes, we all sit down to eat dinner together every night (with some exceptions). -Started taking a multivitamin, Calcium+D, and fish oil (This actually is a big deal for me…I hate pills and have a very hard time remembering to take them…til this year) -I have lost 24.4 pounds, since July, Yea!!…this has been impossible over the past few years. -I went from size 24 to size 18
