I can't remember which day it was, but about a couple days after I weighed in at 153 I weighed myself again and to my chagrin saw that the scale said 156. Well, it's been several days and I am still at that weight, so I am ok with it. Better to maintain than gain. I don't know how my body fat % and lean body mass has changed. I need to get measured for that because I think that is more important right now than this tug of war with the scale. Jas also reminded me that it is normal for weight to fluctuate from day to day. I kinda knew that before; however, I hadn't anticipated that meaning a variation of almost 5 lbs on any given day. I thought it would've only been a difference of several ounces to a pound between one day and the next. I determined then to avoid developing [additional/further] neuroses I'd only weigh myself twice a week or so instead of daily.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week
