I have been exercising an average of 3 weeks out of 4 with walking, 1 day a week of pilates and 1 day a week of kickboxing. I have walked 200 miles since Jan. first of this year. I have been able to keep an average of 5lbs. off since the beginning of the year and have lost 1/2 an inch off my waist and 1 inch off my abs and 1 inch off my butt. I feel great and I have more energy and an I want to work out. I can wear jeans with a shirt tucked in and not have a roll having over the pants. I plan to continue eating very well and exercising. It puts me in a better frame of mind!
