Okay. I'm going to start doing exercise. GASP! I pulled out the exercise ball and video and found all those Pilates things, and my jump rope, and even found a FitTV channel on my cable. So, it's going to be like this for next week...
Monday: 20 minute basic video (weights and ball) Tuesday: Cardio 20-30 minutes moderate paced walking and stretching and SHIMMY (bell dancing, oooh maybe...) Wednesday: 20 minute basic video Thursday: Cardio 20-30 minutes and then later 1:00pm Shimmy Friday 25 minute Full Body Work Out Video Saturday: Cardio 20-30 minutes Sunday: Off
This is all reliant on if I can find a way to stop up the ball actually... during my move the stopper was lost. Of course I discovered this after spending 30 minutes pumping it up...
I might even attempt some Yoga. I have a video or two my mom gave me and there is some on that TV channel too...
