Well I am supposed to be having an up day today, 1700 calories, but I don't think I'm going to make it. I had a tooth pulled today and my appetite is pretty low(more from being depressed about the loss of a tooth than anything). Even with the 2 ice cream sandwiches and peanut butter I had earlier, I doubt I am going to break 1500. It's not a big deal though, I can adjust my schedule.
I worked out to Taebo this morning, a 30 minute cardio workout.
All in all, a good(diet) day. Minus the whole tooth pulling thing. :(

That does not sound like fun. I hope you feel better hun. You've at least eaten over 1200 so even if you don't reach your goal of 1700 you still did good over all = ) *Hugs*

Dang, I think I need to read up more about caloric intake. We should chat sometime. I still have a lot to learn about nutrition and calories. Have a good night.

I'm zigzagging my calories, up on day, down the next, It helps keep you from hitting a wall after so many weeks when your body adjusts to a low calorie level. It worked well before, and its easy for me to follow because I can get through the low days when I know i have a day right around the corner I can eat more.
