I got on the scales Saturday and noticed that I had put some weight back on. Add that to what was already a terribly depressing weekend and the result would be in involuntary crash diet. Note: I said INVOLUNTARY. I completely lost my appetite (my nerves were shaken) and I haven't been able to eat much more than an occasional granola bar. Thus, I lost 7lbs in 2 days. That put me in a much better mood. :) I still don't have my appetite back, but I see that as a good thing. I'm only eating just enough to get by because I just don't feel like eating anymore. The Girl Scout cookies on my table that have gone untouched since Saturday are proof. lol I haven't had any salt all week and I've been drinking a gallon of water everyday. Plus, I started taking Xenadrine Monday. I figure that you have the choice to make things that go wrong in your life effect you in either a positive way or tear you down. I choose to take my 7lb weight loss and run with it. Let's see how this goes.....
