We should eat Avocado's for Diabetes. I didn't know that about the fruit but I know it is delish! I added it to my woe almost 3 weeks ago!
70.5 kg Lost so far: 65.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
