ok so im walking to work (well to and from the train) everyday which is 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins in the evening and its usually a very brisk walk because im always late. but now i want to start doing some more excercises my siste and i want to go running on sat morning so hopefully that pans out.

I want to start a new diet tho something that i can control more as i now have 3 breaks a day and im really tired after work so just want something quick to eat any ideas on good quick meals.
