Last journal before travelling to Italy. Have one hour to end packing for holidays and I feel super tired. Will have the last Xmas party with German friends tonite. I am sure there's something healthy I can eat since I cooked meat and veggies this morning on purpose. Feel super tired.... Still happy though :)
Spend about 3 hours by a colleague, having coffee and chatting. I will miss her when I'll have a different job. She has been a kind of mother for me, since I started living in Germany. They consider me as a member of their family, and it's super nice, since my real family is far away from here. Received mango bath foam and body lotion from The Body Shop as a Xmas present from them! Also two 40 grams chocolate bars, I will use them as backup food for my 12+6 hours in the trains within the next two days.
Looking forward seeing friends and family, even if I'll miss a German "special friend" I got to know few weeks ago. I did not take good care of myself during the past two days. Skipped dinner or had it very late, skipped lunch today. I know it's normal before and during holidays, but my routine makes me feel healthier.
Have a good time, fatsecreters! I'll catch up with your journals in a few days. In the meanwhile, I'll try not to eat too much amazing Italian food ;) Life is good! :)
