So somehow I have already plateaued...I am stuck at 180. I think part of it may be these quest bars that I have been eating. I know that they aren't the best but they are so fast, easy, and taste good! But I think that next week I am going to try to substitute that snack with some hardboiled eggs.
I am also going to try the ketogains macros. According to their site, I should be eating: 86g Protein (108 Ketogains recommended) 25 Net Carbs 82g Fat
I am putting this here more for myself to remember than anything else.
I will stay the course! I don't know how I will get all that protein in though...
