1.5lbs on! I am hoping its down to TOM. I haven't drank any alcohol, had a very minor slip up when stressing out but consisted of a mouthful of chocolate and a bit of filo pastry from a spring roll. I need to make this work for me like it is everyone else.
I don't understand why others seem to have the weight just fall of them yet for me its just a pound of then two back??? Oh well onwards and downwards I hope!!!!
