I made it through the weekend! As expected it was pretty tough. I went to a party on saturday where two sheet pizzas and wings were rolled out. I made one plate with 5 wings and 3 pieces of pizza and limited my self to that. Once I ate i went back to socializing so i wouldnt think about food. It seemed to work for me and there was no guilt in the morning afterwards. Now im back in the comfort of my routine where I know I do best. I'm also thinking of hitting up a class tomorrow morning at my gym at 5:45. We'll see how that goes haha!
