I'm back from a series of vacations and put on 5 pounds :( Oh well, Master cleanse Day 1 starts today, I will be able to easily lose that bit of bloat and holiday weight over the next week or two. I'm not worried.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 0.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

I have the Master Cleanse original booklet but never used it before. It's interesting to see that you are using it confidently.

I don't do 'The Original' cleanse exactly, I have modified it a bit to help me last longer on it. I incorporate organic vegetable broth for dinner. I find it refreshes my taste-buds from the sweetness of the lemonade. I also started incorporating one serving of V8 fruit and veggie juice. Can't go wrong with straight-up fruit and veg in liquid form plus all the beneficial nutrients.
