I've joined a challenge group. I'm aiming to lose 20 pounds in a month. 150 here I come! I never succeed but try, try again, you know? Bought myself some cute shoes today. I love them. I stayed under 500 calories today. Only 480 something. Yogurt, apple crisp and two cheese sticks. Huzzah! Okay, I'm done updating. Byeeee!!!

Maybe you should aim for a gradual lifestyle change instead of a rapid weight loss. If you take your time and figure out why you have gained weight or why you haven't succeeded in the past, then maybe you will be successful this time around. And why not eat more so that you aren't starving and so that you can learn about portion control for long term health. Just some suggestions. Don't go on a diet, change your outlook and change your lifestyle.
