Yeap! This is Me after juicing oranges, turmeric and ginger almost daily💪🏼 Not bad to be still 10 pounds over my weight target. Prove them wrong girl! ☺️😉

Whyamihere... omg you see it too, My body it’s so misterious I lost 5 pounds so far but I can see the difference everywhere as you mentioned. For some reason even with my height 5’8 I look very thick at 150lbs, someone said I’ll get fat my drinking my natural juice and I love proving people wrong 📸...

As long as you’re in a caloric deficit, you won’t gain weight. To a certain extent, the amount of carbs you intake (the majority of what juice is), doesn’t matter.
