Finally! After 375 days! I will have to re-adjust my goal, but not just yet. First want to marvel at this for a few days...

99.9 kg Lost so far: 34.1 kg. Still to go: 6.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 6.3 kg a Week
