Did weightlifting last night and though I was down a pound this morning I suspect my weight will be going up with the muscle accumulation.
122.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done on the loss, and on doing the lifting. I wouldn't expect the muscle gain to equal out fat loss though, a pound of muscle is quite a bit. :)
