Got a nice little drop today, hope they keep coming! I decided to move my up day to today instead of Sunday because we are going to my in-law's for my (9 year old) brother-in-law. No idea what kind of food will be there, which makes me nervous, but I expect cake, and I plan to have a small piece. I no longer believe in depriving myself, so if I am going to have a higher calorie day, I may as well enjoy it and not feel guilty. I'm really more worried about the other food there will be there. I hope it's not hamburgers and hot dogs, they're so fatty. I'll just have to be careful with portions whatever it may be. Ok I gotta go work out, we have 4 hours of sitting in the car ahead of us today, and I only have a short window of opportunity before Brandon gets home from his half day at work. Bye ya'll! Wish me luck! I'm scared, lol! P.S. Just found out its hot dogs, chips, brownies, etc! AAAH!
