Ok ... so, I am on vacation with my hubby @ the beach! Lovin' the sun & the waves! It is so peaceful here! I wish my pale skin would allow me to lay on the beach for more than 1 hour a day though! lol! I may have relaxed a little too much! We went to Coldstone Creamery & had something really sinful tonight! I had a "love it" (medium) size cake batter ice cream with brownie & caramel topping mixed in! IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! I shouldn't have eaten it, or maybe I should have gotten the smaller size, or maybe I should have shared one with hubby, or maybe I shouldn't have gotten the toppings! Oh, well! The damage is done now! I was honest & posted it on my diet calendar. Even though it really messed up my run of less than 1700 calories that I have been so good with lately! That's okay! Believe me ... I paid for my choices! I thought that my stomach was going to explode! The cramps were horrible! It was like my stomach was screaming, "What did you do to me?" I thought that I was going to throw up! I did recover in the fetal position for about an hour. I realized that I had to get moving, so hubby & I went down to the hotel fitness center & burned some calories. Not near enough calories to forgive my choice of sins, but I burned some! Walked on the treadmill, swam a few laps & then sat in the hot tub. Yes, I have learned my lesson! My stomach made sure that I learned my lesson! Back on the track I go!
