I did not weigh in for a week- then BAM!!! lOST THAT WEIGHT!
MERRY CHRISTMAS

91.6 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg. Still to go: 9.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.7 kg a Week
