Below 200 first time in a month or 2. 200 is max weight generally so have more to lose. Diet going well. Low carb and eat snalll amounts every 3 hours or so.
90.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
