Ugh. Made a move recently and the stress just makes me eat with reckless abandon. Doing a Whole30 in April which should help. I hate being a follower, but I really do want to try Alexis Ren's YouTube workouts here and there. Spring means more walks too, so activity levels will go up. Maybe someday I'll get where I want, maybe someday I'll like what I see in the mirror. btw: officially allergic to milk and have a slight intolerance to gluten or whatever the heck they put in bread these days. Life is sad without bread and cheese :(
