I’ve gone from 196.8 to 186.4 After 30 days of heavy powerlifting and finally adding cardio towards the end of my workout. I no longer have fast food cravings like Jack in the Box, definitely not smoking as much either. I feel a lot better, I wake up early. A total of 12.4lbs of fat off my body. Every day I want to go harder, and take counting a lot less stressful. I hope I don’t go back on binge eating. But so far so good. My goal is 170lbs I’m 5’7 I might shoot for 165 but I feel like now I’m getting greedy. Definitely was not easy but needless to say I’m so proud of myself right now so I thought I’d journal that thought.
